Refunds and Cancellation
Our refund policy is applicable for a period of 30 days starting from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before your scheduled departure, the full amount you paid at the time of booking will be refunded. If you cancel your trip within 24 hours before the scheduled departure, there will be no refund provided. The refund process will commence promptly and within 7 business days, it will be reflected in your account. If you pay by cash, a check will be sent, and if you pay by card or online banking, the amount will be automatically refunded.
