Refund and Cancellation
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of booking. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure: No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed promptly and should appear in your account within 7 business days.
For payments made in cash, a cheque will be issued.
For payments made by card or online banking, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
